The Air Vent between 2026 Model Y juniper/Model 3 Highland and Model Y 2019-2025.5 /Model 3 2016-2023are different

The screen display is the same. For the air vent, the 2026 Model Y Juniper and the Model 3 Highland are the same, while the Model Y (2019–March 2025) and Model 3 (2016–2023) are the same.

1. Why is the middle of the screen black or display "No Signal"?

If a front-view camera is not installed but the screen option is enabled in the settings, the center of the screen may appear black or display with "No Signal"
To fix this, please enter the settings menu and **swtich off the “AHD” option**.

2. Why did the OTA software upgrade fail?

There are two possible reasons:
1. There is no new software available on the OTA platform.
2. There is a network issue. Even if the screen shows “connected,” the network may not be working properly.
Please check your internet connection, such as your hotspot, Wi-Fi signal, and password.

Software problems, it happened because you upgraded with different software and damaged the screen. you must collect the correct software from SATONIC website or online chat.
